Submit a debloat list

The database grows one device at a time. If your TV isn't here yet, send us its package list and the observed effects of any changes you have already tested. Submissions need review before they can be added; a package inventory alone does not establish that an app is safe to disable.

If your model or firmware is not listed

Do not run another model’s script, even if the brand matches. Look up individual apps for background information, or send your device details below. Matching package names do not establish compatibility.

How to capture your package list

Set up ADB and authorize your computer first. Connection and pairing steps vary by firmware; capturing this inventory does not disable any apps.

adb devices
adb shell pm list packages > my-tv-packages.txt

What to send

  1. The inventory file from the command above, plus the exact brand, model, Android version, region and firmware build (Settings → About).
  2. The original list’s URL, author and license, if reusing an existing list. Include permission to republish your own contribution.
  3. The actual test date and which packages you changed, one at a time. If you have only an inventory, say that no disable test was performed.
  4. What worked or broke: Home/launcher, remote, HDMI/tuner inputs, casting, voice, playback, updates and any features you rely on. Mark untested features explicitly.
  5. Whether each changed package was successfully re-enabled and what limitations remain. Omit serial numbers, account details, pairing codes and other personal information.

Send by email or GitHub

Email support@tvdebloat.com, or propose a GitHub pull request against the site repository with the source list, device metadata and evidence above. You can also suggest a correction to an existing entry. Please do not send passwords or network credentials.

Submissions are reviewed for source attribution, exact firmware scope and observed feature impacts before inclusion. A community test date remains an upstream or contributor report; it does not become an independent tvdebloat test.
