Notes & quirks on this firmware
- Live TV app: com.heytap.tv.livetv. Stock launcher: com.google.android.tvlauncher.
- Everything is DISABLED, not uninstalled. Comment out any line you want to keep.
- Kept on purpose: Google Assistant (com.google.android.katniss), Chromecast
- (com.google.android.apps.mediashell) and the streaming apps. Left alone: the factory apps
- (com.heytap.optvfactory, com.oneplus.tv.factory) and com.heytap.oprcupgradeservice (remote updates).
- With the stock launcher disabled and no other home installed, Home falls back to Settings.
- For the launcher's Inputs menu set live_tv_package to com.heytap.tv.livetv in config.xml.
- Seen on this unit: Developer options -> "Don't keep activities" was switched on, which makes every
- app restart when you leave it. Check it is off.
